Vindom Games is a trading card retailer specializing in:

• Pokemon TCG singles and sealed product
• One Piece Card Game singles
• Disney Lorcana TCG singles
• Bo Jackson Battle Arena specialty cards and sealed product

We sell through third-party marketplaces including eBay, TCGplayer, and our BoBA Storefront.

3. Purchases and Payments

For any purchases made through our platforms:

• All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated
• Payment is processed securely through third-party providers (eBay, TCGplayer, Stripe)
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes and shipping costs
• Refund and return policies vary by marketplace and are communicated at the time of purchase

4. Shipping

All orders ship from New Jersey. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

5. Product Condition

We describe card condition to the best of our ability. Raw (ungraded) cards may have minor imperfections consistent with their listed condition. For specific condition questions, contact us before purchasing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website is the property of Particulate LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Card images, trademarks, and game names are property of their respective owners (Pokemon Company, Bandai, Disney, etc.) and are used for identification purposes only.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Card values and market prices fluctuate — we do not guarantee future value or investment returns.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
